Chef Jill SANDIQUE
DELIZE
Chef Jill Sandique is the current lead trainer for the US Department of Agriculture Council of Chefs and US Culinary Theatre in Manila and a Blue Ribbon Awardee. She has studied with prominent figures (Nick Malgieri and Mark Furstenberg to name a few) in the baking and pastry world. She was also under the tutelage of Mary Cech who was named as one of the "Top Ten Chefs in America" and "Pastry Chef of the Year. Chef Jill didn't stop there and continued her studies by taking up classical French culinary courses at CIA and Institute of Culinary Education in New York.
